We all could use a break from the everyday, and one great way to get just that is by enjoying a hike. Of course, that isn’t the only benefit: not only can a hike reduce your stress levels, but it’s an excellent way to get some exercise without breaking your budget. As a beginner in the world of hiking, though, you’ll want to find a relatively easy trail to start with. The Crystal Rock and Black Hill Trails just might be the perfect spot to launch your new hiking hobby.
These trails are predominantly paved, so you don’t need to worry about tripping over branches or stones. The path itself is wide and there are plenty of rest areas—you’ll be able to take breaks as often as you need to without straying from the trail. Crystal Rock/Black Hill Trails are also great spots to go running or biking; if you try hiking and don’t enjoy it as much as you’d hoped, you have plenty of options for relaxing activities to enjoy on the trail.
