Barre classes are hugely popular right now, and The Bar Method is one of Gaithersburg’s favorite studios. If you’re new to barre, here’s how it works: you use a ballet barre for support while you engage in low-impact bodyweight exercises that help you build muscle, endurance, and stamina.
