It's easy to get trapped in a boring fitness routine, which is part of the reason Souzan Mills created Studio Booseh. She knew that women craved a space where they could not only work out, but also have fun and engage with friends.
Before immigrating from Iran, Souzan spent her childhood learning the art of belly dance and Persian dancing through her family and the films of Bollywood. She fell in love with dance at a young age—her grandmother sewed her first dancing costume when Souzan was only three years old. Now as a longtime professional dancer and a certified group fitness trainer, Souzan turns belly dancing and other forms of dance into a fun form of fitness at Studio Booseh. Sign up for one of her introductory classes to ease into the workout.
